Services
My approach is integrative.
I centre my work around the therapeutic relationship created in session, and believe that through connection and trust, every individual can show up to counselling feeling safe, comfortable, and supported. I do my very best to meet you where you’re at in your journey, and walk alongside you to achieve your goals for growth and development.
Practicing from a trauma-informed and attachment-informed lens, I ensure to provide a safe space for all. I provide strengths based and client-centred treatment, implementing a range of complimentary approaches, which are individualized for each client. I also offer trauma-informed yoga practices, which include gentle movement, mindfulness skills and deep breathing for building safety and presence. Our work is for you, and so I openly encourage input and feedback on treatment direction, goals, and outcomes.
We are pleased to welcome an Intern Counsellor to our practice beginning in September 2026!

In Person Counselling:
I am offering in person counselling services in Victoria, BC for adults. Come connect in person, I am currently accepting new clients!
-
The counselling office space is private and located within a community gym space.
-
I am able to deliver all evidence-based counselling services that I offer here, including EMDR, ExRP, and PE.
-
As a 200 hour yoga teacher, I have the training and skills to integrate gentle yoga practices into our therapy room. Therapy can activate our bodies a lot, and so bringing some mindful movement and breath-work into the session can provide comfort and safety. Let me know if this interests you!
Virtual Counselling:
I am offering virtual counselling services through Janeapp. Some of the benefits of virtual therapy:
-
Virtual counselling is safe and confidential!
-
Virtual counselling provides the same opportunity for effective therapeutic work as in person counselling. With the Janeapp video calling technology, we can develop a strong therapeutic relationship and I am able to integrate all relevant counselling materials and worksheets as I would should we be in the same office.
-
I am able to deliver all therapeutic modalities virtually, including EMDR, Prolonged Exposure, and Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy.
-
Virtual counselling is highly accessible! As a Canadian Certified Counsellor, I am able to provide counselling services all over the BC province and even nationwide (some exceptions apply).
